Do you service anyone with Gluten or Peanut allergies?

We do offer vegan and gluten free boards! However, our business offers products with peanuts, tree nuts, soy, milk, eggs and wheat. While we can provide options without these ingredients and take steps to minimize the risk of cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of the products are safe to consume for people with peanut, tree nut, soy, milk, egg, and wheat allergies.

How far in advance do I need to place an order?

All orders must be placed in advance. I typically ask for three days advance notice, but always contact me. I may have availability to fit you in!

What form of Payment do you take?

To secure your order, payment is accepted at the time you officially confirm your order with me through email. I currently accept Cash, Apple Pay, Venmo, Zelle and Square. Contact me directly if you need an alternative payment method. All sales are final. However, if you need to cancel, and are able to provide 72 hours notice, I will reschedule your order for a future date.

Can I customize my entire board?

YES! While we have pictures on our Instagram page (@CharcuteriEDMV) that showcase many of the cheeses and accompaniments we utilize, we will do our best to ensure the board is PERFECT for YOU and your event! For the most part, I will select the contents on the board. If you want something completely customized, like a specialty appetizer board for example, I am happy to discuss pricing options with you.

Do you deliver?

You may pickup your order directly from me in Rockville. For an additional fee, I can arrange for delivery throughout the DMV. I can give you a quote at the time you place your order.
